If you are looking to buy a property in Campbell River or on Quadra Island PLEASE make sure to sign up for new listings! It is so so important. Pm me, call, or email and I can get that set up for you. Once set up, new listings that meet YOUR criteria will be emailed to you the second they hit the MLS. For a market like Quadra for example (or for certain Campbell River price points) which have so few listings, properties can sell in a day or two. You really need to get in and view right away if possible. This is much easier to do when you are notified of new listings right away. I cannot tell you how important this is!

Another really nice feature of this service is that you can access all the listing data and photo galleries; and this is emailed straight to you so there will be no need to search any mls websites ever again. If your needs change (for example you would like to increase your budget amount) I can do that for you in seconds. AND once a property sells it will show you the final sale price!
